Visit an Open House
Upon contacting Shining Star Waldorf School and expressing interest in our school, you will be invited to the next Open House or to schedule an appointment for a personal tour. To arrange this, please fill out our Contact Form.
Submit an Application
If you are interested in enrolling in our school and have attended an open house or tour, we ask you to submit an application and fee. Payments can be made via mail check or PayPal. Download application here.
TRIAL VISITS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR
Following application submission, you will be contacted by the teacher of the appropriate grade. The teacher will work with you to schedule an interview to meet you and your child and explain more about the school. If this occurs during the school year your child may be invited for a 3-day trial visit where they will attend class and get to experience a week of school. If the teacher and family decide Shining Star is a good fit, the child may then be invited to join the class.
After your visit
Once your have met with your teacher and they have accepted your child, you will be given an Enrollment Contract with tuition and fee information, a Emergency Medical form, and Records Release Form to complete and return. Prior to the first official day of school, all paperwork must be completed and fees paid. A deposit of 10% of the yearly tuition amount is due upon signing our Enrollment Contract.
Please be aware that by signing our Enrollment Contract, you are committing to the full tuition as agreed upon for the school year.
